This is the foam roller that I use
This is the foam roller that I use after my workouts. It hurts but it is worth it.

hmmm a crafting table...
From lifehacker
f you need a table for sewing or other crafts you can inexpensively create a table with storage by attaching two Ikea Antonius frame and wire baskets to a Vika Amon table top. This will give you a sturdy surface for crafting with ample storage for around $60.
Ikea Hackers weblog shares this project. The only real hack involved with placing these units together is figuring out how to attach the table top to the wire basket frame. Ikea Hackers used four cable clamps with wood screw on each of the two Antonius frames.
For the price and ease of use this project seems to be a winner if you're in the market for a craft storage table.

Better than soap on a rope?
Well. the title says soap on a rope... but there is no rope...
...
"Whether you're at home or stuck in prison, dropping the soap in the shower is something you'll want to avoid altogether. So once again magnets have improved the human condition with this soap holder that ditches the rope."

Chicken and Waffle Wings
Chicken and Waffle Wings..
is this not the best thing ever...
is this not the best thing ever...
It’s no secret that chicken and waffles taste amazing together, but why should you have to deal with two foods sitting separately side by side when you can just combine them into one delicious handheld snack? That’s the exact question that led me to create these chicken and waffle wings.

The Best Broccoli of Your Life - Amateur Gourmet
You know you’ve done something right with broccoli when the person you made it for describes it to someone else the next day as “better than biting into a steak.”

Confessions Of A Sriracha Fanatic : NPR
"The secret is a wondrous concoction of red jalapeno chili peppers, vinegar, garlic, sugar and salt. It is simple and pure, with no water or artificial colors, and has a depth of flavor to match its unmistakable heat. For many, myself included, it's one-stop shopping in a squeeze bottle. But that's my opinion. I encourage you to give it a try and see for yourself. And I'll be waiting to greet you when you join the club."

Mets Fans Set World Crocheting Record
Over 400 fans at Citi Field set the Guinness World Record for most people crocheting in one place yesterday, hooking together blue and orange yarn in honor of the Mets. National NeedleArts Association co-chair Lily Chin told the Daily News, "I thought this was a great team effort, because baseball is a team sport. I thought it was brilliant."
At the 4th annual "Stitch 'n' Pitch" event, 427 people crocheted for 15 minutes straight, setting a new world record. Unfortunately, the Guinness World Records website couldn't tell us what the previous record had been, or if any previous gathering had even warranted a record.
