The New Commute

The new commute. I timed it on the way home, but I will put the numbers up for the way to the office. As I am ashamed to admit, I got half lost coming out of grand central this morning and added a few minutes to the trip. Now, I know better. The next time should work out like this.

Apartment to Subway - 3 Minutes
Wait For Subway - 1 Minute
Subway from 96th to Grand Central - 8 Minutes
Subway at Grand Central to Office Building - 6 Minutes
Office Building to tiny cube - 3 Minutes
Total - 21 minutes.

Today was the last day at the old office. On Monday, we move to new
offices. I spent most of the week packing.

I did my civic duty and voted. Big turnout at my polling place. Showed
up at 8 am, line was so long I didn't get to vote until 9:05 am. Shame
that I don't vote in a swing state. .

Quick thoughts of the week

Dinner at Morimoto in Philly. Expensive but good. Parking surpisingly convienient.
